The History of Rogers & King, CPA, LLC
Rogers & King was founded in 2009 by Diane Rogers in Chaska, Minnesota – a Minneapolis suburb. Diane’s initial focus was aimed at the niche market of providing 401K and 403B audits for smaller to medium sized companies and non-profits. Mostly, she connected with clients who were looking for alternatives to their audit situation or whose retirement plans had newly surpassed the minimum number of eligible employees to require an audit.
The business has continued to expand, providing audits to clients in three states in the upper Midwest. Additionally, Rogers & King began offering contract accounting services, by a licensed CPA, to companies that need temporary help in times of transition or when workload requires extra staffing.
Rogers & King takes pride in the relationships they build with their clients. Their strong work ethic and principled standards are representative of their genuine Midwestern roots. Their experience in accounting and auditing is deep and noteworthy.
